Hello lovely reader!

Welcome to my website

I'm a British author of steamy Sci-Fi and monster romance.  Now, I've been a fan of sci-fi for a very long time.  I was that little girl hiding behind the sofa from the Daleks, and I'll certainly admit that my doctor, Tom Baker, had my heart before any other aliens came along to steal it.

My other influences include the delightful, engaging and gone-far-too-soon Douglas Adams.  I also love Issac Asimov, Ray Bradbury,  and the wonderful Terry Pratchett.

So that's my sci-fi credentials taken care of - what about the romance?

Well, for me, it was all about the steam and who else but the queen of steam -  Jackie Collins!

I decided to start publishing my own books when it became clear that the voices in my head were not prepared to be silenced and I had characters, stories and scenarios that I hoped people other than me would want to read.

So there you have it, my author journey in a nutshell!

When I'm not writing, I'm usually being attacked by a striped cat shaped missile called Jimmy (showing off all his stripes above), swooping around the English countryside on my motorbike, or hanging around in my greenhouse trying to persuade my tomato plants not to turn into triffids...(there's another sci-fi reference for you!)
